Welcome
The Jackson County Center, a replica of an old-fashoned
schoolhouse, is designed to be a service to our guests and potential
visitors year-round.

visitor services are available?
Toll-free telephone 800-342-1837, year-round staffing, special programs,
meeting and small conferences facilities, a
gift shop featuring county products, handicapped accessible
restrooms, maps, brochures, picnic tables, playground equipment
and more -- all in a charming atmosphere "Simply Beautiful"
setting.
Where
are you Located?
We're easy to find. We're at the intersection of Highways
67 and 52 (Great River Road) and Highway 64, just outside of
Sabula, Iowa's only island city.
When
are you open?
Seven days a week. (We're closed on Thanksgiving day,
December 25, and January 1.)
